What to send

• keelOS: the host's support bundle (Logs → Support bundle), or a photo of the screen when the host does not come up.
• keelAuth and keelNAS: the instance's diagnostics package (Settings → General → Download the support bundle). Secrets are already blanked in it.
• Anything else: a text file, a screenshot, a video. Up to 2 GiB per file.
