书面承诺(英文为准)
Some software in keelOS is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) or the Mozilla Public License (MPL): the Linux kernels and the Debian and Alpine packages in the display VM, the Docker VM (kcell), the management VM and the Linux partition, and the GPL/LGPL FreeBSD packages in the image (dmidecode, smartmontools, readline, glib, gnutls, nettle, gmp and others).
For every build of keelOS we publish the complete corresponding source code of these components, exactly as built: the upstream source files at the pinned versions, our patches to them (the display VM's and the Linux partition's kernels), the kernel configurations, and the scripts that control the build. The bundle of a build is keelos-<version>-sources.tar.xz; its MANIFEST.txt lists every component with its licence and source file. The upstream files are in the pool, each checked against a SHA-256 in the bundle. We keep every bundle and file available for at least three years after we last distribute the build it belongs to.
This is the equivalent access of GPLv2 section 3 (the source is offered from the same place as the binaries) and the corresponding source of GPLv3 section 6, LGPLv2.1 section 6 and LGPLv3 section 4. If you cannot download it, write to [email protected] with the version, and we will send the source on a physical medium for the cost of doing so (GPLv2 section 3(b)).
keelOS's own programs (hyp, keel, keel-rdp, the installer) run beside these components as separate programs and are not derived from them.
